She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skuta and Susie Skuta (Marko); her siblings, George, Charles, John, Richard, Irene Morthland, Emma Pelker, Dorothy Baldi and Sue Ann Clifford; her grandson Derek Peterman; and her great grandchild Luke Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Peterman (Mike) of Carbondale, Illinois, Scott Chapman (Jana) of Carterville, Illinois and Bryan Chapman (Janis) of Winter Springs, Florida; her grandchildren, Jenna Shultz, Justin Peterman, Jessica Chapman, Bradley Chapman (Samantha), Stephen Chapman and James Chapman; her great grandchildren, Bentley and McKenna Shultz; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lynnex and Logan Webb.
