He is survived by : his wife Ruth Naomi Dover; and his children, Pam Brown (Canniff), Travis Sifford (Janice), Deborah Sifford, Tammy Sparkman (Larry) and Elaine Walden (Kenny). He is also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters, 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
