He is survived by: his former spouse Ed; his family Van Der Molen Disposal; his son-in-law Roberto; his friend Yuli; his wife Debbie; his children, Alyssa Harlan (John), Lori Van Der Molen, Matthew Van Der (Jennifer) and Sarah Chiquitó (Roberto); his grandchildren, Andrew, Brady, Emma, Jonah Harlan, Trevon Roots, Asher, Marley Van Der Molen, Sierra, Davíd, Jocelyn and Ricardo Chiquitó; and his siblings, Ginger Johnson, Debora Van Der Molen and Jeff Van Der (Ann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws, and close friends.
