He is survived by : his mother Bettie Haberkamp; his siblings, Theresa Whitis (James Whitis) and Tony Haberkamp (Heidi Haberkamp); his nieces, Amanda Reagan (Timothy Reagan) and Abigail Corn (Dustin Corn); his nephew Jon Thomas Haberkamp; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, RaeLynn Corn, Maddie Reagan, Kanen Reagan and Charles Corn.

“We were so saddened to learn of Tom's passing. There are no words to take away the hurt of such a loss at such a young age,. but hope that his family can find peace and ease the hurt by sharing all the wonderful memories and keeping him alive forever in their hearts.
