He is survived by: his parents, David Bush of Carterville and Julie Bush of Carterville; his sisters, Haley Bush of Carbondale and Elizabeth Bush of Carterville; his grandparents, Mike Riley of Carterville, Judy Riley of Carterville, Bill Bush of Carterville and Ruby Bush of Carterville; and his uncles, Mike Bush (Janice), Michelle Sullivan (George), Mary Richey, Melinda Shelton (Scott), Tara Schwake and Becky O'Neal (Brad).
