She is survived by : her parents, John Miguel and Kim Miguel (Anderson); her husband James McDonough; her pet Duchess; her children, Dylan (Nikki Kumpf) of Chicago, Devin of Chicago, Dallas of Chicago and Darby of Chicago; and her siblings, John Miguel (Gina), Jenny Walz (Scott), Jaci Row (Adam) and Jorie Fontana (Rob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
