She is survived by : her husband Glenn Clay; her children, Robert Clay (Mary) of Belleville, Tambra Martin of Caseyville, Christopher Clay of Mt. Olive and Christine Clay of St. Louis, Missouri; and her siblings, Dee Barnes of Pennsylvania, Judy Purcell (Tom) of Collinsville, Illinois and Kenneth Barnes. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
