It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Dean Brooks of Caseyville, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman Brooks and Dora Brooks Welch (Gordon); his sons, Christian and Ian Brooks; and his sisters, Shirley Paschedag, Frieda Honnican, Joyce Walliser and Thelma Findley.
He is survived by : his wife Elon Brooks of Caseyville, IL; his children, Erik Brooks Sr. (Sheri) of O'Fallon, IL, Sarah Keeton (Shawn) of Campbellsburg, KY and Kathleen Errett (Russell) of Collinsville, IL; his brother Thurman Brooks (Mary) of Glen Carbon, IL; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Erik, Brendan, Emma, Avery, Tyler, Eden, Gabriel, Clay, Brady, William, Crystal, Jeremy and Breanna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and wonderful friends.
Memorial donations may be given to Community Bible Church. Donations will be accepted at the church.
