He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Benjamin and Hazel Benjamin (Stewart); his wife Shirley Benjamin; his son Brad Benjamin; and his brother Jerry Benjamin.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Higgins; and his children, Danny Benjamin (Vicky) of Centralia, Gary Benjamin (Kathy) of Salem, Kenneth Benjamin (Julie) of Kell and Penny Knepp of Kell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Relay for Life of Centralia, Illinois and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Donald's Family.
