She was predeceased by: her grandfather Ronald Warren, Sr.; and her stepfather Jeff Koch, Sr.. She is survived by: her parents, Tracy Koch (Warren) and Chuck Alvey; her daughters, Aubrey of Centralia, Autumn of Centralia, Aundrea of Centralia and Sophie Aurianna of Salem; her grandparents, Mary Warren of Centralia and Ervin Elliston, Sr. (Brenda) of Centralia; her siblings, Justin Alvey (Ericka) of Centralia, Charles Alvey of Centralia, Megan Alvey of Centralia and Danielle Jones of Centralia; her half-siblings, Joe Minor of Texas, Ethan Brewster of Centralia and Jessica Elliston of Centralia; her stepsister Janell Koch of Centralia; her brother James Finley of Centralia; and her close friends, Ricky Potter of Centralia and Jason Wills of Centralia.
Due to health concerns, masks and social distancing will be required, with a limit of 25 in the building at a time.
