It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadine G. Greene (Champaign, Illinois), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gorman Bass; her husband Richard D. Greene; and her sisters, Marilyn Gardner (Maxwell) of Springfield and Norma Williams of Aurora Colorado. She is survived by: her parent Hazel Bass (Johns); her children, Donald E. "Butch" Gaston Jr. of Springfield and Darragh L. Gaston Humphrey of Trotwood; her stepchildren, Regina Wiley (Joey) of Bear and Michael Greene of Champaign; her grandchildren, Arria Watson, Belinda Borders (Daniel) and Jessica Wiley; her great grandchildren, Liam Daniel Borders and Amberly Borders; and her sister-in-law Sandra Bass of Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
