It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadine Terese Altenhoff (Champaign, Illinois), born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Altenhoff, Murphy Altenhoff, Joe Altenhoff, Susan Altenhoff, Staron Altenhoff and Tom Altenhoff; and her grandchildren, Gwen, Riley Schoen, Joel Altenhoff, Kristina, Monica, Joseph Sarna, Ellen Altenhoff, Rachel Staron and Audrey Staron.

In lieu of sending flowers, the family suggests making a donation to support OSF Saint Anthony Hospice.
