She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses G. "Babe" Witt and Rachel Ellen MacDonald Witt; her siblings, Earl Witt and Audrey Witt; her husband Carl Lee Davis; her son Philip C. Davis of Centre, AL.; and her grandson Richard S. Edwards of Arcola.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia E. Askew, Paula A. Edwards (Rick Scott Edwards) of Boise, ID, Alice D. Parvin of Fredericksburg, VA, Roger G. Davis and Linda Weatherford Davis of Centre; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Bomian of Centre, Jeffrey Scott Edwards of Jamestown, NC, Wendy Weir of Hickory, NC, Amy Edmonds of Scottsdale, AZ, Patrick Scott Edwards of Champaign, Lindsey Bryant of Piedmont, Alison Askew Dial of Mahomet, Maxwell J. Parvin of Lexington, SC, Elizabeth A. Davis of Wilmington, NC, Katherine M. Davis of Chapel Hill, NC and Jonathon W. Davis of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
