He is survived by: his wife Amy Holzhauer; his children, Jessica Blake, April Holzhauer and Gerald Holzhauer; his stepchildren, Tyler Arnold, Samantha Tolch and Tomi Tolch; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Gage, Remington, Faith and Mikey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
