It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Blake (Champaign, Illinois), who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennifer Blake to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her spouse Harold A. Blake Jr.; her children, Thomas Blake (Crystalynn) of Columbia and Caroline DeJesus (Rommel) of Champaign; her grandchildren, Aubree, Elliot and Harrison; and her sisters, Carol Ann Zorich of Muscatine and Deborah Proffitt of Muscatine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
