He is survived by: his wife Joanne Vician of Champaign; his son Jesse Noyes of Seattle, WA; his mother Corie Francis (Noyes); his stepfather Bobbie Francis of Marshall, IL; his father Harold J. Noyes of Paris, IL; his brother John Noyes (Janeen) of Kingsland, GA; and also, Jim Washburn (Lynn) of Taylor Springs, IL and Terry Thompson (Malissa) of Palestine, IL.. He is also survived by his grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.
