He is survived by: his parents, George Conerly and Edwina Conerly; his wife Rachel; his children, Yvette Conerly Glenn, Kelvin Conerly (Raisha), Kin Conerly and Rita Conerly; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Celia, Nicholas, Maria, Leavell, Loreal, Londyn, Rita, Ivy, Levi, Kamiya, Amarah and Gabriel.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Joe's name to The American Cancer Society.
