He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mitchell and Theo Watt Mitchell; and his brother Thomas Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Stock Mitchell; his daughters, Nicolette Ogier of Oswego, Heather Mitchell of Oswego, Zoey Mitchell of Champaign and Olivia Mitchell of Champaign; his grandchildren, Drew Ogier and Sophia Ogier; and his brother Albert Mitchell of Champaign.
