She is survived by: her parents, Henry R. Perkins and Norene Perkins; her spouse Donald Skaggs; her sons, Greg Skaggs (Shirley) of Champaign, IL and Michael O'Brien (Vanessa) of Wheaton, IL; and her siblings, Betty Dodson of Lincoln, IL and Gary Perkins of Carlinville, IL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.
