He was predeceased by: his wife Fern Cozad (Swallow); and his daughters, Patlynn Jameson, MariBess Plummer and San Diego Calif. He is survived by: his children, Gregory E. Cozad (Dawn) of Sadorus, Terry E. Cozad of Lafayette, Timothy L. Cozad (Teresa) of Hinesville and Diana S. Velazquez (Israel) of Lafayette. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
