With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Dale Shaw of Champaign, Illinois, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Raymond Stout and Margaret Walton Stout; her husband Carl E. Shaw; her children, David Shaw (Hilary) of Clinton and Kelly D. Shaw; her grandchildren, Cooper Duke of Clinton, Grace Duke of Clinton, Dallas Shaw of Clinton and Jack Shaw of Clinton; and her brothers, Michael Stout (Sherry) of Cincinnati, Ohio. and Robert.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Champaign County Humane Society.
