He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Professor John Kindt of Champaign, IL and June Ann Gibson of Roanoke; his sister Jeanne Winke of Milwaukee, WI; his grandsons, Archie, Jason, John and James; and his great grandchildren, Archie and Aldyr.
