He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cronk and Elizabeth Field Cronk; his wife Esther Cronk; and his siblings, Bob Cronk, Betty Wood and Pat Huizenga.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Cronk (Ursula) of Raleigh, Robert Cronk (Melanie) of Washington and Jael Thorp (Steve) of Champaign; his grandchildren, Christopher Cronk, Melissa Bell, Rebecca Rhodes, Sarah Johnson and Tim Thorp; and his great grandchildren, James, Joanna Cronk, Echo, Oona Bell, Ransom, Felix Rhodes and Ezra Johnson. He is also survived by his two sisters while his mother.
