He is survived by: his children, Julie Hensley of Oregon, IL and Amy Clark (Ryan) of Chana, IL; his grandchildren, Bradley Hensley, Nathan Clark, Bailey Hensley, Madyson Clark, Angus Clark and Cody Clark; and his great grandchild Kolten Andersen.
