He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hay and Grace Hay (Arnold); his siblings, Lawrence, Ruth, Bob, Jim, Mary, Bill, Jean, Grace and Jack; his children, Grace Ann, Alice, Chana, Tommi Jean, Pastor Tommi Hay Boeder and William Thomas Hay Jr.; his wife Nancy; his daughters, Diana Dillman and Grace Neie of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Andrew Dillman of Boca Raton, FL, Juli Dillman Melanson (Tom), Nick Maddern (Gayla), Andrew Hay, Megan Hay, Bailey and Kadyn; and his great grandchildren, Amber Maddern, Sean Dillman and Alexandar Melanson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
