She was predeceased by: her parents, Dempsey James and Ethel Cleo Weston (Cook); her husband Joseph Wesley Ethridge III; her son-in-law Barry Phelps; and her niece Janet Weston.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Jo Phelps, Becky Diane Hill (Jim) of Springfield, IL, Joseph Wesley Ethridge IV (Karen) of Charleston, IL and Frank Edward Smith (Cathy) of Neoga, IL; and her brother Leo Weston (Betty) of Mattoon, IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and two nephews.
