She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Mullins; and her siblings, Richard, Norman, Dale, Gene, Don, Jim, Kenneth, Florence Cooley and Wanda Snoddy.
She is survived by: her parent Wilhemina Mullins (Tesseman); her children, Teresa Fonner (Joe) of Lerna, Greg Hampton (Ladine) of Glendale and Mark Hampton of Charleston; her grandchildren, Nathan Hamilton (Chelsea), Greg Hampton, Jr., Nikki Walk (Andy) and Sean Hampton; her stepgrandson Thomas Fonner; her great grandchildren, Bradyn, Jillian and Fallon Hamilton; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Carson, Kendall and Will Fonner; her brother Rex Mullins (Paula) of Mattoon; and her brother-in-law Bill Hampton (Grace) of Charleston.
It is requested that donations in her honor be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
