He is survived by: his parent Cecil Rupel (Brown); his spouse Marcella Pearl Rice; his son Tom of Mercedes; his grandchildren, Toni Riebe (Bill) of Bradenton and Frank Rupel (Paula) of Neoga; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Riebe, Lucas Riebe, Kaytie Richey, Janel Luczkiw (Eric) and Brooke Rupel; and his great great grandchild Faydence Chandler.
Bob's request was that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bobs Childrens Home or Charleston Community Church.
