It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Sexton of Chatham, Illinois, born in Farmersville, Illinois, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Sexton and Helen Gudgel Sexton; his son Eric; his son-in-law John Baisden; and his siblings, Norma Jean Allgood, David and Russell Sexton.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Chandler; his children, Pat Baisden, Bob Sexton (Carrie) and Mark Sexton (Belinda); and his brother Kenneth Sexton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Chatham Christian Church, 9897 S Main St, Chatham, IL 62629.
