It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Streid (Chenoa, Illinois), born in Fairbury, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Fred Jacobs and Elva Jacobs (Myer); her husband Delmar C. Streid; her son Delbert Lee Streid; her sister Gwendolyn Jolly; her son-in-law David Penicook; her children, Diane Penicook, Dennis Streid (Mitzi) and Daniel Streid; and her daughter-in-law Dianne Streid of Tallahassee, FL. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Chenoa United Methodist Church or Chenoa Public Library.
