He is survived by : his father Carl Merideth (Lou) of Chatsworth; his wife Cindy Smith; his children, Michael Merideth (Shelby) and Skylar Merideth (Julie) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kion Merideth and Addy Paris-Smith; his mother-in-law Donita Brucker of Cropsey; and his siblings, Tammy Wilhoite, Jeff Dronenberg (Regina) and Derek Merideth (Sarah).
