She was predeceased by : her parents, Irvin Heins and Evelyn Heins (Schoenbeck). She is survived by : her husband Jim Raymond; her daughter Jennifer L. Phelan (Howard); her granddaughters, Meghan and Emily Phelan; her sister Karen Hawkins of Palo Alto, CA; her niece Cheryl Hawkins of Alameda, CA; her nephew Paul Hawkins of Brevard, NC; and her sister-in-law June Lubkeman (August).
The family requests no flowers, but memorials may be directed to the Chenoa Public Library, 230 South Green St., Chenoa, in her name, or St. Paul Lutheran Church, 405 Emma St., Chenoa.
