He was predeceased by : his parents, David O. Reynolds and Hazel Jean Reynolds; his wife Marilyn Kay Davis; and his sisters, Claudine Wise, Josephine Bartlett and Georgia Riggs.
He is survived by : his sons, Marty and Mike Reynolds Chester; and his grandchildren, Lacey Reynolds, Ella Reynolds, Ava Reynolds and Brayden Reynolds.
Memorials may be made in Billy's memory to the American Heart Association and memorials are being accepted at Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester.
