He was predeceased by : his son Scott Phillips; and his sister Yvonne Phillips. He is survived by : his daughter Rhonda Lynn Phillips of Collinsville, IL; his grandchild Ryder Saak; and his siblings, David Phillips of Oklahoma, William Phillips (Linda) of Oklahoma, Rosemary Jones (Cliff) of California, Dawn Mejia of Nevada, Lori Phillips of Nevada and Lisa Wiley of Oklahoma. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Puppy Rescue 911, to the Chester Senior Center, or to Shriners Hospital for Children.
