She was predeceased by : her parents, John Printy and Flora Printy (Weston); her daughters, Michelle Phipps and Robin White; her brothers, Bobby and Kenny; and her grandson J. P. White.
She is survived by : her daughter Teresa House (Jon) of Chestnut; her siblings, Linda, Johnny, Eileen, Dorothy, Donna and Trudy; her grandchildren, April, Justin, Zach, Boston, Denise, Nate and Matt; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Hope, Kylie, Tyra, ZJ, Payton, Amelia, Mina and Adeline.
Memorials may be made in Amy's name to the American Heart Association.
