She was predeceased by : her parent Merle Lucas; and her husband Gerald Schmidt. She is survived by : her mother Patricia Lucas (Guffey); her children, Laura Garcia (Joe) of Woodbury, MN and Jerry Schmidt (Stacey) of Mt. Pulaski, IL; her sister-in-law Helen Schmidt of Mt. Pulaski, IL; and her granddaughter Emilie Sue Ann Schmidt.
