He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shulamith; his children, Ornit Mandell (Steve), Gilit, Moshe (Susanne), Anat Laiser (Harry Mercado), Saba of Kobe, Eden, Emet, Roland, Maximilian, Claudia and Noam; and his siblings, Margalit Schechter (Yoram) and Mair Laiser (Shoshana).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
