She is survived by: her children, Monica Hardt (Alan), Paul Jarek and Eva Jarek; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Jonathon, Thomas Palacios, Emma Hardt (Jack Myers) and Matthew Hardt.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
