It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Fozailoff (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on January 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Eytan, Alan Ron (Arezoo) and David (Aliza); his grandchildren, Elana, Benjamin, Gabriela, Ariela and Nathaniel; his siblings, Aryeh, Tamar, Shoshana, Sarah and Geula; and his significant other Joan Waxman.
