He is survived by: his children, Steven Johnson, Douglas Johnson and Kathleen Hellevik; his grandchildren, John Hellevik (Maddy) and Ingrid Hellevik (Xochi De); and his great grandchildren, Nora and Luke Hellevik. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
