He is survived by: his wife Caryn; his children, Jennifer Cafferty (Tom), Julie Bellina (John), Alyssa, Kyle Cafferty, Jack and Liam Bellina; and his sister Audrey Bernstein (late Joe).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
