She was predeceased by: her sons, Frank Kowalkowski and Mitchell Kowalkowski; her parents, Anna Dziaba and Wojciech Dziaba; her siblings, Jozefa Rocha (late Bronislaw), Antoni Dziaba (late Stanislawa) and Andrzej Dziaba (late Maria); and also Jozef Kowalkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Jaroch (Albert), Albert Kowalkowski and Bernadette Knup (Stanley); her grandchildren, Natasia Naguszewski (Ziggy), Arthur Jaroch (Julia), Sabrina Jaroch (Yuriy Khlopas), Emily Knup, Frankie Kowalkowski, Angelica Kowalkowski, Matthew Kowalkowski, Nina Kowalkowski and Marin Kowalkowski; and her great grandchildren, Zofia Naguszewski, Izabella Naguszewski and Leonardo Jaroch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sheldon-Goglin-Kaminski Funeral Home (5935 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634). A prayer will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis Borgia Church (8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634).
