He is survived by: his girlfriend Judith Kissane; his daughters, Kimberly Mulvaney (Nicholas) and Karen Rugebregt (Roy); his grandchildren, Keegan Rugebregt, Kendall Vagle (Conner), Adan Mulvaney and Christian Mulvaney; his brother Dennis Puchalski (Maria); and his sibling's children, Jennifer, Amy, Frank, Joel and Ben.
