He is survived by: his sister Josephine Polaczek; his wife Judy Mohorek (Hosang); his son Scott Mohorek (Toni); his grandchildren, Samantha and Nathan Mohorek; his sibling's children, David Polaczek, Randy Polaczek, Michael Mohorek, Mark Izral, Brandon Silanskis and LeeAnn Krambeck; and his sister-in-law Carol Izral.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the God Lutheran Church.
