He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita; his children, Rita Obeler (Mark), Cindy Edwards (Nick Zazzarino) and Brian Klerman (Ann); his grandchildren, Becky Novack (Scott), Danny Obeler (Allison), Allison Albright (Zander), Melanie Edwards, Elliott Klerman and Audrey Klerman; his great grandchildren, Griffin, Reese, Max, Bennett and Dylan; his sisters, Sharon Rudnick (late Roland) and Judith Smith (late Samuel); and his caregivers, Olga, Nelly and Mira.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
