In the sacred silence of farewell, Battsengel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Battsengel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John; her children, Sarnai Tessitore (Luke) and Aleona Sencion (Felix); and her grandchildren, Grace, Eleanor, Silverio, Sebastian and Theodore.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491).
