She is survived by: her parents, Travis Mashak and Emily Mashak (Smith) of LaCrosse, WI; her siblings, Samantha (Terry) and Hunter of Platteville, WI; her siblings' children, Billy Meeks and River Meeks; her grandparents, Virginia Smith, Dennis and Barb Mashak; her aunts and uncles, Kent, Darcy Erdmann (Overturf), Steven (Ardith Adelman), George (Lynne Thompson), Daryl (Janet Stieve), Ryan (Paula Mashak), Andrew (Connie Mashak), Mark Mashak and Kevin Woyach; and her cousins, Leila, Jason, Jessica, Meagan, Tara, Neal, Jonathan, Nathan, Amber, Logan, Michael, Elena, Hannah and Autumn. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Chelsea's family is asking for donations in her name to the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) and that friends and family bring their favorite printed photo of Chelsea.
