He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Mary (Szabat); his in-laws, Leo (Anne), John (Evelyn), Helen Sklade (Ted), Eugene (Alice) and Ray (Jeanette); his nephews, Jaime and Bob; his niece LeAnne; and his brother Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Blaszynski); his brother Tom; and his sister-in-law Joann.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Homes of Chicago (6250 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A prayer will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cemetery Will Follow the Mass (7201 N Oketo Ave, Chicago, IL 60631).
