She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Bob Wasowski (Jamie), Allison Whelehan (Bill) and Elizabeth Babich (Peter); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Elise, Liliana Wasowski, Danny, Maeve Whelehan, Jack, Madelyn and Grace Babich; and her siblings, Patricia Lyjak (Ted), Elaine Foss (Fred), Joseph Bersani (Brenda), Gloria Hamra (Dean), Michael Bersani (Sharon), Tony Bersani (Tammy), Margaret Furlong (Jim) and Paul Bersani (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gibbons Family Funeral Home (5917 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (7211 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631).
