He is survived by: his friend Chris; his wife Natasha; his children, Jack, Susan and Ryen; his parents, Peter Brejnak and Nadia Brejnak; his brothers, Matthew and Peter (Dilaila); his nephew Peter; and his nieces, Sarah and Nadia. He is also survived by many loving cousins as well as dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Original Rago Brothers Funeral Homes (624 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60612). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church (1850 N Hermitage Ave, Chicago, IL 60622). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Christopher's name to the Chicago Stallions Youth Hockey Organization, a youth sports organization of your choice, or the American Heart Association.
